November Affirmations 2025

“I am made and remade continually.” -Virginia Woolf

It may be worth noting that there is more to this quote, however, I found just this first piece to be the most pertinent at this moment. Just this morning, I pulled the Death card in a tarot reading for myself, a confirmation of the transformation I am undergoing. The book The Parable of the Sower comes to mind when I think of both this quote and my tarot message - the main character’s idea that God is change.

There are times when, I believe, the only action item required of us is to flow. This takes trust, an inner soothing and knowing that we are divinely protected, even in the most unpredictable times. I’ve also come to notice that the things that serve as a distraction to me often mislead me into a belief that I am incapable of this kind of trust and flow; silence brings me back to my center, my truth, which is able to be calm in transition as well as patient.

“Peace, be still”, comes to mind as guidance as well. That’s all this time calls for - being still in our peace, remembering that peace never comes from outside of us. Breathe and be - quiet the chatter and listen.

If this resonates, here are some affirmations for us to lean into:

I am at peace within myself.

I am safe as change makes its way through and around me.

I trust that every transition brings me closer to the highest expression of myself.

I am grateful for the opportunity to grow and change.

My growth heightens my alignment.

Clarity comes in the act of flowing.

Always, in all ways, all is well.

I thank you for the space we all give one another to grow, to change, and to become all we are meant to be. A new season approaches, embrace all it brings and know that you will be made better by it. Sending you so much Love this November.
