February Affirmations 2026

“Love is the whole thing, we are only pieces.” -Rumi

When I read this quote, a question arises: what does it mean to be a piece of a whole as grand as Love? For years, maybe even longer than I am remembering, I’ve been led to ideas similar to this one. Sometimes it’s through the inspiration of the world around Me - other times it blossoms from within my core. It’s something I just know. Love is the end all be all of this experience - I tend to believe that anything we perceive as positive is because of the presence of Love, while all deemed negative is just that which is lacking Love.

Maybe it’s the being born on Valentine’s Day of it all, but I always find myself coming back to Love as an intention. As difficult as it can be, I am continuing to choose to rise to the opportunity to place Love where I find it missing. I feel so differently now than I used to about what that is allowed to look like - through learning to better Love myself, I’ve found a Love that doesn’t exhaust Me to give away.

So again, I ask myself - what does it mean to be a piece of a whole as grand as Love? For Me, it means seeing fellow beings of this Earth as my equals - I am not above and that makes my Love look like respect, compassion, empathy. Nor am I below, which makes my Love also look like self-care, being intuitively guided, and speaking up for myself. It means setting an example for living a peaceful existence, actively opposing injustices of all kinds, and letting Love and care be the foundation of all of my interactions. Everything that I aspire to be is rooted in Love.

Love is more than our birthright, it is the very essence of what makes us anything at all. Here are some affirmations to help usher in more Loving energy.

My thoughts, words, and actions all stem from Love.

The Love I give myself constantly replenishes the Love I give to others.

I choose to see the world through a lens of Love.

It is easy for Me to be Loving.

I offer Love in all of my interactions.

Through Love, I have all I need.

I am divinely Loved.
